General information
Please read thoroughly!
Regular Commission Process
- Prices are eligible to change.
- Rush jobs (For when you want the art to be ready by a certain deadline) are +50% the total price
- Pieces that will be made for commercial use will have an additional fee that will be discussed on a case-by-case basis
- Quotes are generally free, but if you continue to request quotes frequently (3+ times) without any commitment, there may apply quote fees, it applies to both new commissions for each quote and for new quotes on the same commission prompt with alterations to either make it cheaper or more expensive (This is purely due to the time it takes for me to read through and calculate your prices, as this can take a lot of time to do, I hope you understand)
Larger Commission Process
- Maximum number of characters per drawing/comic panel is 5 Characters!
- Comics are usually in regular A paper dimensions (A3-A8), at a 300 dpi, I will not make pages that are extremely long, my computer has limits on what it can do!
- Larger projects such as: Drawing sequences and comics will take longer the more drawings/pages, please take this into consideration before purchasing!
- Simple backgrounds: Partially cloudy sky, starry night sky, abstract shapes, etc.

- Standard backgrounds: Medium complexity, can be a couple of trees/bushes, a room with a few furniture pieces, etc.

- Complex backgrounds: Industrial, a lot of trinkets or buildings, anything complex, etc.

Prices are subject to change, depending on the complexity
If you would like to request an alternative version – the start price is +25 USD per version, depending on the complexity, the price can vary (Can range from small objects to significant pose variations)
You MUST mention this to begin with, or additional fees will apply for the extra work
Characters with a heavily detailed/complex design might require an additional fee

In the right column are examples of standard and simple complexity for you to compare.

Quote request form
Terms of Service
Please read thoroughly!
• You must be at least 18 years of age to commission me.
• Payment will always be taken upfront.
• All prices are in USD.
• Please do not send the payment yourself, wait for me to send you an invoice. (Since I like to have a clear understanding of what it is that you want before agreeing to it)
• After a commission form is submitted, you will receive an email from me to discuss your commission so that we’re both on the same page, then a quote estimate will be given, and upon your approval an invoice will be sent.
• I hold the right to delay or cancel a commission if payment has not been made within two days since an invoice was sent.
• I hold the right to refuse commissions if they don’t align with my values or if I’m not comfortable with the commission prompt or if I am not confident I can deliver a satisfying end product.
• Pricing of the commission might be higher if your request is extremely complex, this will be mentioned in my email. If so, you will never get unexpected fees out of the blue, I will detail what makes it so that the pricing goes up.
• If your commission doesn’t fall into any of the categories in my commission pricing list, I’ll provide you with a price quote, if you are okay with the price, I’ll send you an invoice.
• Edits after approval of the sketch is subject to additional fee, as once the sketch is approved, that’s when I finish the commission completely.
• Payments are taken through Paypal or Stripe.
• Larger projects (like comics, drawing sequences, bulk order, etc) can be set up with a 3 month payment plan, the project will be started after first payment and finished after full payment.
• Quotes are generally free, but if you continue to request quotes frequently (3+) without any commitment, there may apply quote fees, it applies to both new commissions for each quote and for new quotes on the same commission prompt but with alterations to either make it cheaper or more expensive
Regular Commission Process
• After payment has been made, an initial sketch will be sent in approximately 7 days (estimate and not binding).
• The commission will be completed in approximately 3 weeks (estimate and not binding).
• After the sketch has been approved, I will send the finished piece once it’s finished.
• Significant edits/revisions can only be done in the initial sketch stage. (Such as limb repositioning, different poses.) After that only minor changes can be done (such as pupil position, slight change of mouth like a little bit bigger smile, Color changes etc.) after that without additional fees applying.
• An extra fee might be needed if there is a large amount of revisions required (so please make sure you describe what you want as best as possible, stick figure drawings or any other references are appreciated, I will not copy someone else’s work though, I’ll make inspired pieces at most).
• If revisions are requested on a part that was approved at the sketch stage, it might require additional payment to cover the extra work time.
• Please take into account that making revisions might delay the delivery time of the finished piece.
• Alternative versions must be discussed prior to the commission’s start, as there’s a fee to that usually and if it happens that you want the alternative version at a later point in the process, it’ll cost more than the usual price for alternative versions as it requires more work than usual.
• Upon completion, I will send you a high resolution PNG file.
• I generally do not provide the layered PSD file, unless it has been specifically discussed with me at the beginning.
• Make sure to save a copy of your file! If you lose it, I cannot guarantee to still have a copy due to storage space limitations.
Larger Commission Process
• Much is the same as the Regular commission process, except a few things
• Once we’ve discussed the large project and gotten on the same page, I’ll ask if you want to pay the quote upfront or go with a 3 month payment plan
• Once we’ve concluded how payment will work, if you paid upfront, I’ll begin & finish as soon as possible! (Remember that I do also make art, comics & game(s), so commission work goes between art, comic & game work for my members)
• It’s almost the same process from there if you decide to pay in full, just with an added step, sketch, approval, line art, approval, finish.
• However, if you decide to go for a 3 month payment plan, I’ll first start on the sketch after the 1st payment has gone through, where you can check and request changes till the 2nd payment comes through. (Well you can take longer but for your own sake, the earlier I know the earlier I can work)
• Once 2nd payment has gone through, I’ll begin to lineart, with larger projects, I’ll provide you with the finished lineart as soon as possible, for minor tweak requests, as it’s a larger project, I want you to be satisfied with the outcome!
• Lastly, once the final payment has gone through, I’ll begin finishing the project and as soon as it’s done, I’ll send you a large PNG file!
• If you do not respond to my emails or don’t pay the next part of the payment plan, I will stop the project till you respond, but if you are to leave me hanging a whole month without a response, I’ll consider the commission canceled and you do not receive a refund if you’ve partially paid already as I’ve already done work for you.
• Please try and avoid ghosting, as it can result in being banned from commissioning me in the future!
• I will contact you when there are updates, please refrain from doing frequent update check-ins, as it’ll take time away from working on commissions or answering questions regarding commissions. (You can also keep up to date on commissions via the Queue I have on my website)
• All commission discussion will only happen through email, please do not contact me about commissions or specifically your commission on any other place, other than my email: iimokookie@gmail.com , as I cannot guarantee that I will see your messages on my other social media!
• After you fill out the form, you will be contacted by me via email, in regards to your commission, where I relay what I understood from your form and you can correct me.
• You’ll be put on the waitlist as soon as we start talking about your commission, aka, get on the same page, so I know what you want exactly.
• Upon your confirmation of the quote, I will send you an invoice.
• Please make sure that you check your email inbox regularly. If you do not reply to the quote within 2 days, you will lose your spot. (Please check your spam as well, sometimes emails get pushed into people’s spam!)
• Please pay (or partially pay if a larger project) the invoice within 2 days, or the commission may be canceled.
• Once you’ve paid (Or partially paid if a larger project) You’ll be put onto the queue.
• If my queue is full, you will be put on the waitlist. You will be notified whether you are in the queue or in the waitlist via email, and you can always check your status on my website queue. Once a spot in the queue opens up, you will receive an email with your price quote if you’re next on the waitlist!
• I retain full rights to my images- the commissions I make are for personal, non- commercial use only, unless otherwise stated and discussed with me before commissioning me.
• To further clarify the above, I may use the piece for self-promotion, selling timelapses, prints, layered PSDs, etc. I may also work on your art while streaming.
• If you want your art to be anonymously done & / or not posted anywhere, nor sold anywhere, nor live streamed, please mention this in your commission form if so.
(If you decide later down the line to post your commission publicly, regardless of opting for anonymity, then you revoke your right to be kept anonymous by me, allowing me to publicly post the commission as well.)
• Do not redistribute or resell my art unless I gave you explicit permission to do so. You may print your commission for your own personal use if you’d like.
• Feel free to showcase your commission on your own social media and use it as an icon/banner etc, as long as you give me proper credit. (If you intend to use it publicly like this & do use it like this, regardless of ticking off anonymous & keeping the commission private, I will also have the right to post the piece for self-promotion, selling timelapses, prints, layered PSDs, etc.)
• Do not remove or edit out my signature/logo!
• You may not use my art in any blockchain- related technology, such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions of the like. (if you do, you will be banned from commissioning me forever)
• You may not use my art to teach AI of any sort, not now, not in the future either, not ever. (if you do, you will be banned from commissioning me forever)
• If you in the future want to use the commission you made for commercial use, it can be discussed and we can make an agreement at that later date.
• You may ask for a full refund if I haven’t started working on your commission yet.
• You may cancel a commission at any time, but if I did start working on it, you will get a partial refund according to the amount of work already done. You will receive a high-resolution PNG of the art in its current state.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I believe I cannot work on it for any reason. The same refund guidelines as stated above apply for this situation.
• If the commissioner hasn’t responded to my emails in
regards to their commission during the making of it for a whole month (30 days) (I will reach out 3 times after initial email before the 30 days are up), I will cancel the
commission and no refund will be made.
• Larger commissions follow the same rule, 1 month of silence (30 days) on the commissioners end (I will reach out 3 times after initial email before the 30 days are up), If I haven’t heard anything from you I will cancel the commission and no refund will be made, nor will you be billed for the rest of the commission if you chose a 3 month payment plan.
• No response customers are subject to blacklisting after a certain amount of times, but if you repeatedly don’t respond to my emails during the process of your commissions (3 separate commissions), you’ll end up on a perma-ban from commissioning me in the future.
• Please understand that it’s my job to make art, I can’t have customers on my queue forever when there are other customers waiting for their turn, it’s a waste of their time, my time and my storage space for other commissions
• I will contact you when there are updates, please refrain from doing frequent update check-ins, as it’ll take time away from working on commissions or answering to questions regarding commissions
Content I Do Draw
• I’ll draw SFW art, both fanart or original characters
• I’ll gladly draw LGBTQ+ support art! (part of that community myself!)
• Children & feral art I don’t mind drawing as long as the commission is strictly SFW.
• Will draw for commercial use! Just tell me so and we can arrange something!
• Will draw comics! But they’re usually larger projects, so the pricing is much higher, depending also of course on how detailed it is!
• Drawing sequences! Also counts as a larger process to do, price will depend on how complex it is!
• Simplistic robots/androids, I can’t do complex robotics, I’m no good at that, sorry!
• Furries/Anthros/Humans I will draw!~
• This list is subject to change
Content I Won’t Draw
• Hate art, Anything that might come off as racist / sexist / transphobic / homophobic etc.
• Gun positivity
• Complex robots/android (Literally just because I don’t have the skill)
• Nazis or cult stuff
• NSFW
• The list is subject to change
• I Reserve the right to use any adoptable in any of my future comics as background characters.
• Reselling characters purchased from me may never be sold for more than you purchased the character for.
• Only price increase is if you’ve commissioned art of said character, that’s the only method allowed to raise the price, but only by the amount you paid for the art, you making art of the character does not count.
• If you resell the character, you must inform the new owner of my TOS, so they know of the rules and that I might use their character in the background of comics.
• Characters purchased from me can be altered slightly (clothing can be completely changed)
• Slight alterations and clothing change won’t necessarily be drawn in any future comics that they might be included in
• I won’t send a message to you with the inclusion of the character in a comic (a comic can contain a lot of background characters and it’d be impossible after a while to keep track of everyone, especially if the character is resold multiple times over)
• You won’t gain any royalties / compensation from the comic feature(s) of your character that you’ve adopted from me.
• Please use the character responsibly, no hate art that comes off as racist/sexist/transphobic/homophobic etc. or I will revoke your right to the character and you will not receive a refund.
• Adoptables don’t come with commercial use, if you would like to use the design for commercial use, it’s a case by case discussion, depending on the intended use, since use could range from casual merch, to a fully fledged IP, like for a game or comic
• If you resell/trade/gift a character, please tell me so, with the handle & contact details (Email will suffice) of the new owner, as I’d like to update ownership on my website, if they’d like to remain anonymous, please also state so, I would like keep the ownership details privately for them but on the character’s post itself it’s written as “owned by anonymous” on my website
• Once the adoptable has either been traded or gifted to you, you cannot resell it, from that point forward you can only trade or gift it as well, since you didn’t pay for it
• I reserve the right to keep the character up on my website or other social medias after purchase
• Payments have to be done upfront for the most part, depending on the price, anything above 150 usd are eligible for payment plans!
• Payment plans allow you to pay parts at a time, but I require the payment to be paid in full on the 3rd payment, so it’s a 3 month payment plan
• Payment has to be sent within 48 hours of purchase, whether it’s full payment or partial payment for the payment plan otherwise the purchase will be canceled
• If the customer doesn’t pay the following payments that come with a payment plan (Whether it’s 2nd or 3rd payment, they have 48 hours to pay each payment once the invoice has been sent out), their purchase will be canceled & no refund will be issued, nor will they receive ownership of the character.
• Please message me prior if you’re having financial issues & need to postpone payment so we can figure something out, ghosting will not count automatically as a request for postponing payment
• Adoptables will end back up on sale if the customer neglects to pay their following invoices if they chose a payment plan.
